• We market your listing to over 160 websites around the world and track all potential buyers that touch your listing. We advertise through the internet and use properity software to get results and optimize Google optimization for maximum exposure of your listing.
• With hundreds of consultants spanning North America we proactively reach out and qualify all interested buyers, answering their questions and encouraging them to make an offer.
• Our closing department facilitates the tranaction handling all the required documentation to transfer ownership as well as the secure transfer of funds to your bank and/or lender if required.  They will also help to coordinate any inspections needed .
• Our safe and secure process protects your identity, your documents, and your funds.  All funds are handled though a secure escrow account.
