RV Inspections

An RV Inspection is a comprehensive examination of the RV and its compoenents that you are considering to purchase.

An RV Inspection process is about a 6-8 hour in depth examination of all components of the RV. We test all propane and electrical appliances, air conditioners, water heaters, and any other components. Inspect all of roof surfaces, slide-outs and flooring.

If you are purchasing the RV from a dealer, the inspection is completed at their facility. Generally the dealers will space at their facility where we can conduct the inspection on their property. If you are purchasing and RV from a private party, then the RV Inspection is completed at a local campground with full hookups. We can complete the inspection at the campground.

The report is a 40-60 page document. This document will include a large quantity of pictures of each components. You will recieve the report within 24-36 hours after the completion of the inspection. Here is a sample report, click here

An RV inspection costs varies depending the size of the unit. Typically $800-$1500. As mentioned early the inspection is 6-8 hours process for your inspector. This is a small investment for the cost of the unit. Whether the RV is new or used, we highly recommend completing an inspection. Some finance and/or insurance companies require RV inspections before commitments.
